Residents of Guwahati complain about city buses violating norms
GUWAHATI, Dec 3: The residents of Guwahati have complained about city buses violating the traffic rules. More than 400 WhatsApp complaints were sent to the official WhatsApp complaint numbers after the service was announced last November. The complaints include stopping of the buses in the middle of the busy road without any signal and overloading the bus with passengers. It is seen that some residents of the city board the bus in the middle of the road, which in turn creates a traffic jam.
