Major Medical Services closed with few exceptions in Assam
Assam, December 11: Normal medical services in Government as well as private hospitals will be affected today. The cause is due to the nation wide strike by Indian Medical Association against Centre ‘s move of allowing Ayurvedic practioners to perform surgery. From 6 AM to 6 PM, all medical services will be closed except for a few essential services including Covid 19 care and emergency services.
