Central Government ready to suspend farm laws for 18 months

New Delhi, January 21: The tenth round of talks between the Centre and the protesting farm leaders ended on Wednesday and the next meeting is scheduled to take place at noon on January 22. The Centre proposed to suspend the farm laws for one and half years.However, the leaders did not accept the proposal immediately and said they would respond after internal discussions and consultations.
